Update Company decided to issue us a refund. We are satisfied that this issue has been resolved to our satisfaction. It’s good to know this local company does right by its clients. Rug purchased from sample show to us by designer when delivered was not same colour tones as the sample. Designer looked at rug in our home and acknowledged colour tones are different. Stated dye lot from manufacturer may have changed. I requested a refund. The next day designer calls and denies saying colours are off and goes so far as to say “the rug still works “ in our room. Great! It’s shouldn’t just “work”. It should be fabulous.
