Absolutely terrible service by Richard the salesman, Lucky, store manager & Sampat from resolutions team. I bought appliance package for the whole house worth $40000.00 about a year ago. Got most of the appliances delivered 2 months ago. Suppose to give me fridge and freezer panels and handle in the package. Didn't give me those either.Dacor freezer didn't come with all the necessary parts, so it doesn't make ice. Bosch dishwasher didn't come with all the parts & power supplies. Fisher paykel dishwasher came damaged. My fault that it got installed like that. Now they don't want to get that sorted out. Not even repair it, Eventhough they gave me 2 year warranty on all appliances. No luck whatsoever after numerous emails and phone calls. Now they don't even answer my phone calls, very disappointed. Would never recommend Trail appliances

Worst company to have the custom stair built. Zero customer service. All the money paid upfront. Stair was installed on 17th of August. Still waiting for the railings almost 2 months later. Only last week they said they forgot to make the railings. Stair was installed an inch away from wall. Can't get the painting done there on wall neither can stain the stair. They arranged their guy to come to look at staining, waited for him 2 days in row without any luck After 2 months they sent their guys to glue the curved handrails. Lot of glue went onto raw oak veneers and ripped the veneers from stringers. They patched that up and their owner said, this is the best they can do. For full $17000.00 paid upfront. Very disappointing. Would never recommend them to anyon
