I bought an appliance from what I thought was a reputable business, yet I was told it was sent to a claims department of a company I have nothing to do with. And not one communication since I stated that. The appliance I bought I have no idea if it will have issues after being dropped in my home, directly in front of me. I have a broken tile that cannot be replaced. The delivery person cut their hand badly, and I had to clean up blood off of the appliance and my floor. Why they were not wearing proper PPE such as gloves for protection is unknown.
