washing walls, baseboards and windows after drywalling
Previous poor review removed. One lady not prepared, didn't wash. drywall dust left all over what was to be washed. Didn't introduce selves. Windows washed well and 1 set of blinds. Complained to mgmt. Money refunded. (overpaid) Would not recommend based on my experience.

Milton was a pleasure to work with, explained everything, very polite and accommodating. Fabiana and Andreina in the office communicated very well. I would definitely recommend them. The only negative was the late morning starts, often between 10-11 am. to about 5:30. That's it.

Gut kitchen, remove and replace kitchen lighting, remove and replace flooring and baseboards
Mark and Eric were very nice and did a great job!! There was no hesitation when I asked them to do a few other little things. They showed up on time, co-ordinated with the superintendent and cleaned up everything. I would not hesitate to hire them again in an instant. A neighbour came by this afternoon wanting Mark's card to ask about replacing the same horrible fluorescent light ceiling in her kitchen as her son saw the work Mark and Eric were doing in progress.
