We worked with them along with our kitchen designer to completely renovate our kitchen and our main floor powder room, and are thrilled with the end result. Mark was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and realistic with us about timelines. We had no unexpected costs or project delays and did not have any trouble ever reaching Mark. His crew had great recommendations when it came to choosing finishes and managed every step of the project in a thoroughly professional manner. Davies GC was a lifesaver during our major home renovation. We bought a new home in Burlington and had a bit of a time crunch to get it fully renovated from top to bottom and move in. Not only did Mark and his team deliver beautiful results, but they were on time, and this included working over the Christmas holidays! Their workmanship is outstanding, they were punctual, and they always kept us in the loop throughout the project. We recently completed the full renovation of our large upstairs bathroom. Mark and his team at Davies General Contracting did an amazing job! The project required a complete gut job so we could start from scratch and bring the room back to life! Every part of the project went very smoothly and the project ran like clockwork. Mark and the team are very professional and skilled at their jobs making things very easy for us to live through. They took great care to protect our floors and walls and keep the mess to a minimum. Marks excellent communication ensured that we knew what work was happening on a daily basis throughout the project . Everyone on the team did excellent quality work from demo, electrical, tiling, plumbing, cabinet work, drywall and painting. The bathroom is beautiful and we are thrilled with it! We would highly recommend Mark and will use him again for future projects.

We enlisted the services of Davies General Contracting to gut and redo our master ensuite bathroom. This was our first renovation and we were nervous. However, the process with Mark and his team couldnt have gone smoother. Our bathroom turned out amazing and exactly as we envisioned, with the help of their in-house designer.

Mark was excellent at communicating. He kept us abreast of what would be happening daily and followed through on each item with care. He was readily accessible and extremely responsive when we had questions, including after the job was done. He accommodated any last minute changes we had (eg we swapped out a shower head last minute and wanted a new shower door for another bathroom). Mark stuck to the contract, budget and timeline to a tee.

The demo crew (Rob, Ashley) took great care of our house and saving items, when our old bathroom was taken down. The quality of the workmanship of the various trades personnel, including electrical ,plumbing,drywalling, and painting, including touch-ups, was excellent. We had a lot of tile, and Clay did an amazing job setting it. We appreciated the attention to detail (eg they measured my shampoo bottles to ensure the shower niche would accommodate them on their own, checked where we wanted towel bars placed etc). The team was punctual and cleaned up the work site each day. Mark and team member Tyler regularly checked in to see the progress. We appreciated having our ducts cleaned after the work was completed as well.

We are thrilled with the result! We wouldnt hesitate recommending Mark and Davies General Contracting to anyone looking to do a renovation.

Davies General Contracting renovated our 3 bedroom ranch, taking it from it's dated 1970s decor to something much more modern, sleek and comfortable. From the thorough and detailed quote to the kitchen plans, design boards and work schedule, The team was professional, on budget and showed meticulous attention to detail. Our project remained within the agreed budget, only deviating when we asked for extras half-way through (if we're renovating, we might as well run a powerline to the garage for our future electric car.) The design process with Erica Grace Designs delivered the look we desired and her sourcing of tiles/vanities/countertops and hardware saved hours of running around (we never once had to visit a home depot.) We were told by friends and family in the business how stressful the home renovation process was but working with the DGC team was easy, painless and we are now in a beautiful space that we love!

Great experience with Mark and his team. They brought my vision to reality and then some, made everything I wanted work, I didn't hear "no". Was pleasantly surprised with the small details, i.e. mitered edges for the shower ledge, the floor vent is stunning and wasn't expected, down to the door stop used! I provided rough drawings for what I wanted and they were able to execute beautifully. I feel Mark has great pride for what he and his team do, and that came through with the work completed. Will certainly recommend and use them again for future projects.

From the first contact with Mark he was very professional. I hired his company to renovate my basement, new garage doors, new front door, new roof and painting of our main floor. All of his trades that came in to do the work were professional, clean and respectful of us living through these renovations. Mark would text me and keep me updated on the work that was being done and who was coming to work on the house. He would always answer my questions or would get back to me as soon as he found the answer. Erica his interior designer was great in finding light fixtures, carpets and bar fridge. Dana and Tyler designed my dream closet organizer. I highly recommend Davies General Contracting!

Mark and his crew worked a complete renovation of my two bedroom, two bathroom condominium unit. The work and trades were all handled professionally, efficiently and on budget. Top Notch Contractor!!! We are extremely pleased with the work of Mark and his trades. He keeps us posted on a daily basis on who will be coming by, when, and what they will be doing. When we ran into issues, as most renovations inevitably do, he was accountable and dealt with it professionally.

Mark is by far the best contractor I ever worked with. There were some trades I brought in myself, and the service received from them is night and day compared to Mark and his team. If you've ever had a bad experience, he's the type that restores faith in the profession!! Glad we hired him and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.

We worked with Mark on our recent kitchen renovation, where our goal was to increase the usable workspace (adjust the layout) and improve the lighting. Mark was very responsive to our questions throughout the process, and was consistently respectful of our time. Impressively, given the supply chain issues that seem to be rife these days, the renovation was completed on time and under budget. Mark and his subcontractors were meticulous in their attention to detail and worked to ensure that everything was completed to the highest standard of workmanship. He was great about keeping us informed about the daily schedules (who was coming to work each day, what would be done, and when would they arrive/how long would they be there). All the trades people were punctual, highly skilled and professional.
