After having a very high pressure experience, Keith was great to deal with, no high pressure sales. He took the time to understand what we were looking to do; provided us with insights into aspects of options for consideration and he gave us the time we needed to make the decision if we were going to proceed without pressuring us. He didn't arrive on site to give estimate with the expectation to walk away with a quote. He understood and respected we needed time to consider everything. The crew was respectful and courteous, and the work was done impeccably. So incredibly pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend BCI.
