Excellent work done by Keith and his team for our concrete patio. They went above and beyond to make us happy. Provided design help, kept our property clean and protected. All my neighbours keep stopping to tell me how great our new walkway and armour stone entrance looks! The curb appeal that Keith and Derek have added has given our house a fresh and modern feel. These guys are great! From the quoting process to the final stone, the guys worked with me and made sure I was happy when the job was done. There were a couple of design alterations and additions that we worked out together on the fly and BCI came out big executing them. They make it all look easy. I highly recommend to use BCI on your build. Ive already found another project for them next summer!

Sadly as expected the initial job failed within a couple months in numerous spots. Thought to see if they would even honour their claimed two year warranty and surprisingly they did but didnt show up until end of october to fix a crater that developed along main entrance to backyard. Showed up unannounced and bandaid fix as shortly after fix started to sink again and didnt address the other problem areas biggest one being negetive slope infront of garage causing water to pool inside on rainy days. Very unfortunate as they seemed promising but work not built to last.

Great service and very professional moving our backhoe from one property to another.
