Allmax was the second home inspection company we have ever used. They were very detail oriented and pointed out so many little things in the house we purchased. The inspector took the time to explain what is just regular maintenance for the house and what were issues that need to be addressed immediately. All houses need regular maintenance, but they discovered a couple of issues that could have cost us between $6,000 - $8000. Our agent was able to negotiate the house price down to help cover the cost of the repair.
