I am writing this to show my total displeasure with the Bad Boy warranty dept. I have been trying to get someone to call me back about a claim I have made on a sectional that I purchased last October 2019. My first call was on September 15th/2020 and I have yet to get any call back whatever even after leaving multiple messages and talking to numerous people that told me I would receive a call if not later that day, or the next. Here it is October 20/2020 and still nothing. Your phone in system is a bloody joke, you’re made to wait and wait, sometimes someone answers but most of the time you’re asked to leave a message and someone will call back within 24hrs. That still has not happened My opinion is that you people are waiting until the 1 year expires and you just say too bad. If I don’t get my situation looked after very soon, I will put a full page ad in the Toronto Sun voicing my opinion on how brutally Bad Boy actually treats it’s customers. This is not the first time I have bought something from the Kennedy Rd. store, but it is the 1st time I’ve needed to get something looked at from a warranty stand point and they have terribly dropped the ball and failed me miserably.
