My husband and I purchased an LG Fridge from Goemans back in mid-April. The following is a list of issues we've had since then: - Their delivery people said the delivery would be between 10am-2pm. At 2:45pm they advised me that they were lost. At 3:45 they arrived. - The fridge they delivered was dented, so we refused delivery - They promised to have a new fridge in stock in 5-7 days - After 15 days we had received no phone call about our fridge - After polite messages and 2 upset phone calls and a promise to tell everyone we know not to shop at Goeman's, they tell us our fridge will be in stock in a mere 3 extra days and we will get our delivery charge refunded. They also promised to call us as soon as the fridge arrives in their warehouse which they swear will be on Tuesday. - Tuesday arrives without a phone call, so we call them and they tell us that they only got half the order so our fridge will be in on Wednesday. They promise once again to call us today (Wednesday) to arrange delivery. Needless to say, we are not optimistic about getting a fridge this week. It's been over 2 months now. Their customer service department has continually passed us off to their delivery department, and neither of them have been very enthusiastic about making this a good experience for us. We should have gone with Sears who had the better price in the first place, but we wanted to support local businesses. Never again.
