We truly had a wonderful experience with Sam and his team for the renovation of our home. The renovation was extensive so we conducted much research on contractors before deciding to go with Sam for our project. We could not have made a better choice. We had heard all the stories about terrible renovations and bad experiences with contractors. From the very start and through our six month renovation, Sam instilled trust and commitment to making our renovation plans a reality. There were so many things about the work that Sam and his team did with our home that continued to meet and exceed our expectations. We had never undergone a renovation project. Much less alone an entire renovation of our home, top to bottom. The thing that stands out the most that we appreciated about Sam's approach to our project is his communication style. Sam was always very clear and articulated specifically what he needed from us and what we could expect from him. This very clear and consistent communication style never left us wondering where we were with the project. Sam and his team are reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We are so fortunate that we had the opportunity to work with him!
