Their proposal was very clear about the work that needed to be done and what each aspect would cost. The total price was very competitive with the two other quotes we got. We decided to go with Kovar because they seemed very knowledgeable about how the upgrades should be done to conform to current codes and best practices. Once we accepted their proposal, the crew came promptly and completed the work quickly and very professionally. The work site was left clean and tidy when they finished. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbours.

Verdun did an excellent job constructing a large four-section bow window for our living room and small slider windows for our basement rooms. The installations were quick and neat and they cleaned up very thoroughly after they were done. The quality of the construction is great -- every part fits well and the crank and lock work smoothly on the two end sections of the bow window. They left a nicely surfaced new window ledge that we could paint to match the living room walls. The cost was reasonable compared to the several competing quotes we obtained. I think we will save quite a bit on winter heating and summer cooling costs with the new energy-efficient gas-filled double pane windows with non-conducting strips inside.
