we have bought windows from A1 since 1993, and twice more since plus a seal repair job. The warranty was lifetime then, but when I tried to apply it, I was told first that its 20 years now, and after the purchase proof, its 5 yrs now. A small tip up window leaked water in the frame and over the years in the hot sun, the pressure builds up and displace the seals. A few hours of work would fix it, but they don't take responsibility. Be aware of their promises.

Hi Ralph, thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. We have looked into your file and the information provided and there seems to have been a miscommunication. We've never offered a lifetime warranty on our windows, and at the time you ordered yours, that product had a 1 year warranty on it. That being said, we would like to remedy this situation. If you have records of us guaranteeing a lifetime warranty we will be happy to stand behind it.
