This Repair Man was courteous and quick to be able to diagnose & repair our stacked Dryer. He was even able to put a new heating element at the rear of the Dryer even though it was in a narrow closet! He disassembled the Dryer from the front, wow! After fixing our dryer he even recommended a better dryer vent to use. We had been using what I thought was a good (High-end) Broan...had a sort of tennis ball in it, to prevent cold air backdrating back into the house in winter. He said this vent restricts the output of the hot air from the dryer too much thereby causing shorter than normal life from the heating element. (We got about 5 years on this one). So what can I say! His honesty might do him out of another 5 year later heating element repair! So hey, you can see why this company gets a top rating...Honesty, and excellence!
