Nancy Culyer in Edmonton

I called David on Tuesday. Initially he said he could come Friday, but then said if everything was ready to go, he could come today. He arrived early, and had everything loaded in a half hour. He and his co-worker ( sorry, I didn't get his name), were friendly and efficient. They both had smiles on their faces, despite the heat and answered my many questions. David carried a very large, heavy T.V. out of the basement and still had a smile on his face. I have used Junkzilla before and would definitely call them again and would readily recommend them to others. Thank you David, it's so nice to have all this stuff gone, and in such a friendly and efficient manner.

I had sewage backing up into the shower. Gord came the first time to videoscope the line and found backflow valve was not in it's correct place. Today Gord was here to find the valve (and in the process found an access to the line ) and fix it. He also replaced the toilet and fixed a shower diverter in the second bathroom. He was here on time on both occassions, didn't waste any time getting the job done AND took the time to tell me what was going on and showing me everything that he did. He allowed me to take pictures of the work that was done- which I really appreciate as I keep a photo record of all the repairs done to the house. Prompt, efficient, under the estimated cost and Gord is very friendly and informative. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.
