When I first walked in the door I immediately felt like part of the family.
Ask for Matt he is friendly and knowledgeable, most importantly he won't sell you something you don't need. I'm not big on haggling so I was pleasantly surprised when he offered me a discount without having to ask for one. A big thanks to the whole Ben's appliance family from sales to delivery and installation i could not be any happier with my new kitchen. I will definitely be a customer for life.
