We had a problem with our reverse osmosis system, water was coming out of the air gap. Tech George was very nice and explained the situation clearly. He checked the system and found out that debris accumulated in the drain. He said that when the drain line starts to clog up, it creates pressure, which causes water to flow out of the RO faucet. He cleaned the drain line and drain saddle, and aligned the drain saddle with the drain line hole. George handled our RO system very well and I would absolutely recommend him and The HVAC Service.
