i have used Alexanian carpet cleaning services twice, both with the extra enzyme treatment for pet stains. The 1st time I was very happy with the results, the previous owner had a dog that had urinated on the carpet in many places, plus my cat tends to puke a bit and all the stains came up and the carpet looked like new. Therefore I used Alexanians again to clean the carpets 18 months later. Unfortunately the results were not very good and it looks like they were cleaned with dirty water. It is unfortunate as I was very happy with the results the 1st time.
