AC quit after one of the hottest days of the year on a Saturday and it was still hot out. Thoughts where l probably wouldn’t get anyone to service unit till next week. Called Novel Care talked to a very nice person took all my information asked lots of questions to help figure probably problem. She gave a time frame when technician would arrive. Technician arrived within time frame, diagnostic was done problem solved with in half hour. Technician was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions . Thanks for being here late in the day on a Saturday.
