The entire process through dealing with Kyle was totally professional. We had Kyle install an EV charger in our garage. We thought the job would be complicated because our basement was refinished but Kyle assured us it would not be. The job was completed with no issues or having to repair any drywall. Kyle also provided and installed automatic timer switches for our outdoor pot lights and fixed the installation of our "Ring doorbell" It is very evident that Kyle takes pride in the quality of his work. Mark was very polite and knowledgeable in his work. The little details matter and we appreciate how meticulous he was. He straighted up a wall for us which required drywalling and moved our laundry room fan on the ceiling and drywalled the original hole to make room for us to install a closet. He cleaned up after the repair was complete. Also worthwhile to note he is very punctual and shows up on the date and time that was agreed upon. Chris and his brother installed new garage door openers at our home. We had older models and were very noisy. The new openers are very quiet (which we also purchased from them) and work smoothly. They also programmed our cars with the remote opener, installed sensors and inspected our garage door springs which one required replacing. They really took care of us. I highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs.

Words cannot describe how professional this company is. I first used finished basement 4 years ago to refinish my basement in which they did a phenomenal job. I get Soo many compliments on how well my basement was done. My daughter and son-in-law moved into their first home and wanted a stone fireplace wall, I contacted finished basement and asked if they would do their wall, they graciously agreed. I need to mention that I dealt with Nathalie that just had a baby that was one week old, she found time to help us design, help us find the stone and schedule for the workers to come to the home. I’ve never seen such exceptional service from any other company. It took two days to complete the wall and it’s stunning. I highly recommend this company.

Firstly, I need to say that a rating of 10 is too low. I rate them 20 or higher with no hesitation. We first met with Vitaliy and Igor and let me tell you, these men are professional, knowledgeable men that come with a wealth of experience to provide you with an outstanding basement. Their customer service skills are exceptional, every phone call to them was always answered or returned. We dealt with Natalie in the showroom to pick our flooring, tiles, paint etc. She is very talented in helping you put things together and provides great advice. For the numerous times I changed my mind and called or emailed her she never made me feel like I was a bother. The tradesman are all professional trained men that provide excellent workmanship and take pride in providing you with quality outcome. They always consulted with us and provided us with updates on their progress. They were all very courteous, hard working men which worked extremely long hours not to mention how tidy they were in always cleaning up after their work was done. They completed our basement in exactly 2 weeks and we were amazed on how proficient they were. They are all team players and that’s why this company runs so smoothly. We are thankful for all the previous, positive reviews we read on Homestar which lead us to hiring them to complete our basement. Two years ago Royal Stone did interlocking and landscaping on our property which I would like to commend them once again for the fabulous job. This year three of our trees they planted contacted a fungus which was totally not Royal Stones fault. We contacted Pino and Tony and they immediately came to remove the infected trees and replaced them with new ones. Their customer service is beyond words. They are totally amazing and we have no hesitation in recommending them. I would also like to note that for the wonderful landscaping job they did on our property, this year our home was selected from the City of Vaughan as having "curb appeal" what an honour. I had interviewed a few painters before selecting "Kenny" from Back2Life Painting & Decorating. I have no regrets in selecting him. Kenny is a very skilled professoinal painter and did an amazing job to our home. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. His price is very reasonable and I highly recommend him. After painting my 2500 sq ft. home, many neighbors asked to see his work and were extremely impressed and hired him also. Kenny and Sonia are amazing people with great personalities and it was a pleasure having them transform my house from builders bland paint and workmanship to a welcoming warm home with high quality workmanship. Our project began in April when we hired another landscaping company to do our interlocking. They dug up our property, left us in dirt for two and a half months and never came back to clean and finish up the job. Royal Stone was highly recommended to us, and having made a mistake once we certainly did not want to experience that again. Pino Prizzi came out to meet with us and counselled us in making changes that were more suitable than the initial design. Right from the start I knew we had the right company to complete this project. He really knew what he was talking about. Pino gave us a start date and sure enough 6:30 am that morning they were out here. All the workers were very courteous and worked hard in extremely hot temperatures. They completed our driveway, front, sides backyard and landscaping in 3 days with such perfection and professionalism. This company is a serious company and takes pride in its name and stands by it. We have received many compliments from our neighbors and people driving by. Royal Stone turned our nightmare in to a dream which we could have never imagined our property to look so amazing.
