Our air conditioner just "didn't work" anymore when summer rolled around this year. We called up Knowledge HVAC, and Joel came to our house to take a look. He quickly narrowed down the potential source of the problem. Since it involved a part they had to order, we scheduled followup for a few days later, at which point he was able to come and install it. Throughout the process, Joel was professional, took good COVID precautions, and explained any details we wanted about what the issue was or what next steps were. He also pointed out some preventative measures we could take to extend the life of our air conditioner & make any future servicing smoother. He was also clear on any costs up front & making sure we approved before the work was done, and the final bill aligned with the estimate. Once he was done, we turned on the air conditioner, and it was fixed - our house was able to cool off again.
