Furnace, Hot water and humidifier
I spent hours researching companies, receiving quotes and ultimately decided to select Air Force to install in my new to me home. Mark, Ivan and John did a fabulous job of communication, competitive pricing and installation. Mark answered all my questions in a very timely fashion and on the day of installation, Ivan and John arrived on time and ready to go. Movers arrived on time and ready to work. They wrapped all my furniture and absolutely nothing was damaged. I had some difficult furniture to manage and they did a great job getting it out and into the new place. They worked very hard and was impressed with all 3 individuals. Dmitri and his crew did an amazing job of keeping on budget and finished the work earlier than planned. The communication was great and he gave lots of ideas when I wasn't sure about something. They did all the planned work and even a few extra things. Will use this company again and would happily recommend to anyone.

Had two hot water tanks installed in Aug 2012. Technicians were on time and did a great job overall. Left a bit of mess but otherwise great service. Gave me some suggestions to keep the tanks working over many years

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. All three guys were awesome. They were careful but still moved quickly and had a lot of fun. This generated enjoyment for me as well. I have recommended the services of Highland to a few people already.
