We wanted to change the furnace, Watertank, Soften Waterfiler, AC, and attic insulation for our house. So we tried their furnace installation service first to see the quality. It turns out very disappointed, our basement is still flooded at the moment and no response to send anyone to fix the water leak from the pipe. They initially sent 2 technicians and took more than 5 hours to install. First we saw the Return Air Elbow Cross not like new with some dents and bumps on each side. When we asked to use new ones, they ignored us. Then they mistakenly fixed the water out sewer pipe upward which led waste water back to the furnace. We told them that's wrong, and they were very unhappy to fix it towards downward into the ground. After work done they tried to dispose the metal and wood chips garbage in the flowers plants of our garden and yard waste bin secretly, but we caught and stopped them. They didn't clean up the outdoor scene, and brick chips garbage were all over the floor around. They also mistakenly installed the outdoor pipes towards up, which we read the instruction book it should be facing downward, which is very obvious as rain will come in. We had to call them back to fix that. Besides, the hole they cut open at the basement ceiling is too large, without any insulation protection. And they simply filled with pink spray foam to outdoor pipe hole, which looks very hasty and unfinished. After all these experience, we are afraid to work with them on all other home appliances.
