We have had there new window 3 months and it is not the window that we were promised. They came back and said we are sorry we cannot fix it. It was the most expensive quote we got and we went with it because we wanted the best window. They are very friendly and polite but we did not get the window we paid for. The window that they removed was better than the new window we bought. They say that it can be fixed by having one big window , but we want and had two 30 inch windows George Dougherty

We feel we need to clarify your review. The new window that was installed was exactly what we were contracted to install. We can assure you that the product is far more thermally efficient than what was existing.
The misunderstanding arose over the way the interior wood trim work would look. Your previous window had multiple steps in the jamb and ours was completely flat. The second item was a wooden post that we had installed to support your blinds which had a warping issue. This review was posted on the same day we came out to repair the issue so it must have been submitted prior to us rectifying the problem and crossed paths.
