The installation left ALOT to be desired. What should have taken 3 days to complete took several months - with me (the consumer) being the one giving all the concessions. They led me to believe that there would be a reasonable settlement at the end of the process and I took them at their word. When it was all said and done I had to go to the BBB to get them to reimburse me for my water as they had filled and drained my pool several times. I have yet to see any reimbursement on the installation portion. I know there are other disgruntled customers as the floor installer confided to me that he had to repair several more floors when he was done with mine, and he never told me how many he had repaired previously.
