My HVAC was making terrible screeching noise. Technician said that it could indicate a worn belt. He examined the system, and it turned out he was right. He was carrying spare parts and all necessary tools, and replaced the belt very quickly. His professionalism exceeded my expectations.

I want to say thank you to this service for a quality home inspection. The specialist helped us to find some flaws in the house which we wanted to buy, and some of them we did not notice at first. As a result, we saved our family budget and found a better house. I highly recommend Home Pulse.
