Lloyd was absolutely amazing. They had provided a quote and stayed true to his word. No upselling. He also did the dryer vent but since it was somewhat damaged, he put it back together and charged me half the rate. Clean, efficient, friendly and lots of info about the process and our ducts. A couple of phone calls to confirm timing and he met the times. Very unusual in today's world. Can't imagine how he could have done better.
