We were having drain tile problems in our townhouse complex. There was flooding in the ground floor duct work in one of the homes. We started out with a different company, who were unable to resolve the issue despite considerable time and money spent. When I called Carlo, he was very helpful right away on the phone. We made an appointment for him to come out and assess the situation. I found him to be very straightforward and knowledgeable. We (the strata) hired him to do the full job. Carlo did the work on time and on budget, and ultimately he solved our problem. He was very helpful with suggestions for preventing the problem from recurring in the future. Carlo was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.
