have adt .. they called and said that the system failed their test to connect to their monitoring center ..I called and eventually got a tech guy to come .. he said the system is finished and I need an upgrade (been with them 20 years ) 6 calls on hold average of 1 hour per .. transferred to a different dept 3 times ... on hold again and then call is eventually dropped .. trying to cancel service ..so far 3 calls .. 2 dropped .. still charging me now for three months even though the service is not being provided .. I am going to have to close my bank account and get a new one i guess
