From the initial phone call to ExpressRooter to the end of the job, I felt the service was impeccable! The person on the phone was efficient and she clearly estimated when the plumber would arrive (the same day of my call). Rob arrived and provided an estimate of the cost before he began. He did not charge by the hour, and when a part was not available, he took the time to drive to a nearby hardware store--no extra charge. I would not hesitate to recommend ExpressRooter to my friends.
