We contacted Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to install 3 new windows and a patio door in our home after moving in. Peter came on site, took initial measurements, gave us the sales pitch and we decided to place the order shortly after. Fast forward 6 weeks and we get a call that our windows and patio door were ready to be installed and they came the next day. Kitchen windows and patio door were installed without issue. The dining room window however was incorrectly built and the measurements were reversed, 50x49.5" vs 49.5x50". OK, simple mistake, was reordered. 6 weeks go by and I get another call that the window has arrived, installer came next day. This is where it gets interesting... This time around, again, the window was incorrectly build. This time, its 60x60", a full 10" larger in each direction. How? How on earth do you incorrectly build a window not once, but twice. The installer asked if we wanted to keep the window (free of charge), otherwise he'd be bringing it to the dump to dispose of. By this point I am irritated but back onto the waiting game. Keep in mind, I have NOT paid the bill in full yet as the installation has not been completed. I contacted the office manager by email that day explaining the situation and requested some kind of discount on either the window, or to provide me with free installation. I never got a response. I reached out to Peter, never got a response. Now we come to September, a full 5 1/2 months after I initially signed the deal and I get another call that the window has arrived. Installation was set up for a week and a half later and was installed just the other day. Thankfully, it was the correct size but, the factory forgot to send the exterior trim kit this time around. My goodness! At least they had extra in their truck and were able to complete the job. Once complete, the installer requested final payment at which time I refused until someone calls me to let me know what kind of discount they'd provide considering I waited 5 1/2 months and had to have a simple window built 3 times before it was built correctly. Installer contacted our sales rep (Peter) and I was told I would be contacted shortly about this. Peter contacted me today to inform me that they will waive installation and provided me with the final dollar amount for installation, which I paid immediately. Do your research before signing on the dotted line. Although my windows are finally in, I don't think i'll be reaching out to these guys again to replace the rest of the windows in my home.

Justin and Krystle have been nothing but helpful and honest as we replaced all our old equipment in our home. Justin was referred to me by a friend to provide a quote on a replacement furnace and AC unit in our older home. We decided to initially replace our hot water tank with an on demand system which was installed in June 2020. Justin later provided a duct cleaning service and in June of 2021, replaced my troublesome Bryant furnace with a new Lennox unit and also installed AC. Justin and Krystle have always responded to emails and txt messages promptly, clearly defined the prices for the work being done and were always fair and up front. Incredible service, quick responses and fair billing practices have made me a loyal Lendrix customer for years to come.

After purchasing a home with a 20yr old water heater, we decided to replace it before it died on us expectedly. I was referred to Justin from a trusted friend and he and Krystle were extremely responsive to all of my inquiries. We pulled the trigger on a hot water on demand system (Noritz) and Justin showed up on time, was very respectful and answered any questions I had. Installation took longer than expected but that was no fault of Justins as my foundation was poured in the late 60's and had lots of stones and aggregate inside it which caused Justin's hammer drill to work overtime. I will be using Lendrix again when we replace our furnace as they are nothing but respectful, informative and helpful. Thank you Justin & Krystle!
