We had 2 new AC units installed with Lendrix. Justin was very professional from the get go. He was very prompt in answering any email queries that I had and gave great advice during and after installation. On our installation day, a co-worker of his called in sick but Justin managed to still come as scheduled and managed to install both units by himself. Happy to recommend and continue to support Lendrix.

Lendrix was great to work with from the first call through installation of our new air conditioning system. They answered all of my many questions prior to installation, in a timely manner even though they were clearly very busy with other customers.

They arrived on time on day of install and they worked quickly and were clean and tidy while working in my home. When complete they explained my new system to me and how it works and how to care for it and get the most out of it.

My new system is quiet and works great!

Did an amazing job replacing large components of our AC system. Very efficient, professional and fixed the first time.

I had a Furnace, AC and Water heater all installed in June 2024. Great experience from start to finish. This was to replace an old mid efficient furnace and water heater.

They took the time to go over all the possible options as to which system would best fit my needs. No pressure to upsell of anything, just tell you the pros and cons of each system.

They also took into account the house was west facing with a master over the garage, so given that I was near the upper limit of a 2ton AC, thought it would be best to go up a 1/2 ton to handle that extra heat. AC has been doing brilliantly so far.

Once the work was done, I was given a nice rundown of the system and what to do and not to do. This was also followed up in an email which was nice.

I would recommend them to anyone, the work was great.

I recently had Lendrix HVAC install a new system in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Justin and his team were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, making everything so easy and stress-free. Their prices are fair, and the quality of their work is top-notch.

What really stood out was Justin's dedication. He helped me with my Ecobee install and even answered my questions after hours. When I couldn't get it to work, he went above and beyond by coming back to my house to fix the issues with the smart thermostat.

My condo unit was so hot specially my bedroom so I ask a co worker where can I find a aircon installation service. She recommended me HVAC Lendrix. So I booked an appoinment.
Let me tell you they are easy to talk to ...very accomodating specially when I need some answers regarding some questions about the installation because the condo board must have to approved the aircon installation in my unit. They are awesome on providing me the specs and the answers to cut the story short I was approved by the condo board.
Justin and his team are very professional and fast on installing my airconditioning unit. and the price for the unit and installation are very reasonable. For me they are very good on what their doing and very highly recommended.

Was a bit skeptical about getting a quote over email versus in person but ultimately made the process quicker and more informative this way. Email response was quick and provided lots of options for my space as well as pricing and available install dates. The pricing and information provided was much better than the quotes I received from competitors "in person". The install, timing, payment, etc were all seamless and very Justin was extremely attentive and personable. Really happy with Lendrix and highly recommend to anyone!

I used Lendrix at the recommendation of a friend, for an AC install recently and could not be happier. Justin was very responsive and answered all my questions.

During talks for schedule and getting more information, he made everything clear and how the process worked, payment and all the information I would need about taking care of an AC. Justin recommended smart thermostats, and told me which ones to stay away from. He was nice enough to install it for free during the AC install.

We had a lot of snow during the initial time of install and was not able to be completed. He explained why and made an appointment to come back. He continued to be in contact, answer my emails. I never doubted he would get the job done. After everything was wrapped up, he gave me more instruction and sent me an info pack on how to use the AC effectively and let me know to reach out at any time if there is a question or issue.

My only downfall was not using Lendrix for the furnace we had installed last year. Would highly recommend, and have recommended to friends already.

Justin and team is amazing! The quoting process was very smooth, he was able to do everything over email. I quoted with 5 vendors and he gave me the most competitive price.

He was super patient and fast in answering every question and work with me for the Greener Homes Grant. Justin was also extremely accommodating to my somewhat strange schedule request.

The install was super fast they were in and out in 3.5 hours even though it was muddy and rainy. Everything was tested and performance was as expected. Justin was also very friendly and an awesome guy to talk to.

I cant say enough good things about Lendrix HVAC. Ive sent 2 friends to them, Id book early if you want solid work done by awesome people at a great price.
