Bought my windows over 5 years ago and have been very satisfied with the product. Installation was seamless, clean, and very respectful. Just started having an issue with a stuck window and was given the run around. They were very clear that the “Lifetime, no-hassle” warranty only covers parts but no labour. So, either I can guess what the issue is, with random photos of the window for them to send me a new part that I would have to install myself, or I can PAY to have a service call for them to figure out what part is malfunctioning and then PAY to have them fix the window. Sure doesn’t seem “no-hassle” to me. Very sour after what was such a good experience, originally.

As per our phone conversation yesterday, I offered to provide you with FREE parts for your window that you purchased in 2013. There was no mention in our conversation that you have to pay for an installer to come to your home to determine the service and pay again when he provides the service. You only pay once, and that is for the service that will be provided. As indicated on your warranty under PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY REMEDY. The labour on installation is guaranteed for 12 months(extended to 2 years) from the original installation date.Regards,
