We are new homeowners, and Jim was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was very thorough and informative, explaining how things work. We had originally hired him to service our furnace, and because of his great service we called him back to install our whole house humidifier. Highly recommend!

He (Phil) was very friendly, professional, and clean. He walked me through every step of what he was doing and showed me progress photos. He gave great recommendations on the proper maintenance and ongoing care of our system. There was no cleanup needed afterwards and he gave me a great rundown of what he did, what he found, and how to keep it clean. Would definitely recommend!
