Our AC unit came with the house and has been brutal and only working intermittently. We reached out to Ken and he and Ash were here the next day. It was a late appointment (4:30pm) and they had some surprises when they saw the unit but stayed until it was done (7:30pm) in the blazing heat! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just nice guys! They followed up the next day to make sure we were happy and we are! Would highly recommend and use them again for any of their services.
