A perfect experience from start to finish! Although my plumbing needs were not urgent I was only in town for a couple days so it worked out wonderfully that I was able to complete the HomeStars request yesterday afternoon and have the work completed by lunch time today. Akshay quoted me on the various small issues that I had and he advised me on some issues where I could call the vendor for replacement parts. He replaced my powder room faucet and found the issue with my kitchen faucet (a tiny piece of debris in the holes where the cartridge sits). I am extremely happy to have that kitchen faucet fixed!!! Thank you Akshay and Drain Kings!!

Ian responded immediately to my call to install my new kitchen lights as well as put in a pot light. He did an excellent job. After a couple days I felt the pot light was too bright so I texted Ian to see if anything can be done. He sourced a different pot light that was not as bright and made the change at no additional charge. I would definitely call Ian again for my electrical needs and would recommend him to anyone

Ramiro replaced our old grout with epoxy grout and it looks FANTASTIC!! He is extremely skilled, professional, and an all round great person. Arrived right on time and worked through until the job was done. He prides himself in doing the job right and that equates to a positive experience. Would recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat
