The team from Home Painters did a fantastic job flattening the popcorn ceilings that were in every room in my victorian semi. Backbreaking work I imagine but they left behind perfectly flat and painted ceilings throughout the house. Communication from the office was good throughout- I always knew what would happen and when. They also painted the external wood work and left the house looking great.

Needing a contractor for my seriously outdated victorian semi I found Slon construction on homestars. I am really pleased I did. They levelled and replaced all floors upstairs, installed closets, fitted new windows and opened up an old small and dark kitchen and annex into a fantastic light filled kitchen/ family room opening to back yard. They also put Stucco on the outside transforming the look of the back of house. Alex is really friendly, super responsive and has great suggestions and high standards and his team were polite, respectful and extremely hard working. The old building threw up a few challenges on the way but Alex and team sorted them all perfectly to transform my home. I plan to get them back to refit my basement next year. Highly recommend.
