We heard scratching coming from microwave vent and then the microwave fan wasn't working. Called Gates and arranged a visit within 48 hrs. They sent Nick Parkin to assess the situation. He investigated the vent from outside to check if there were any adult or baby squirrels in the vent. The curved venting system prevented him from seeing deep enough. Nick explained and asked if he could come inside to check further. After removing a portion of the vent he discovered a large nest and was able to remove it and all the debris. Once completed the microwave fan worked. Nick was very efficient and considerate of the wildlife and our situation. Thank you Nick. Will definitely recommend.

Our dryer suddently stopped working. We were skeptical about calling a repairman due to Covid 19. Maor assured us he follows all the safety protocols and arrived wearing a mask and gloves. He discovered the heating element needed to be replaced and patiently explained our options to either repair the machine or buy a new one. After deciding to repair our dryer he ordered the part and returned to install. Since then our dryer works great! We definietly will call Maor in the future for any appliance problems and recommend him highly.
