Low quality ripped and stained Wexner Colby recliner
Low quality, ripped, stained and motor makes noise. No quality control or checks at Leons. I bought these two recliners for $ I bought and paid for two recliners on September 11, 2020 which were finally delivered on November 19, 2020. One of the recliners had a rip and several stains. The other one's motor started making noises after two weeks. Leon's offered to repair the damage. When I told them I ad paid for new recliners not repaired ones they agreed to exchange only the recliner with the rip and stains. On December 3, 2020 they finally sent another recliner but this one also had cuts and stains on it. When I asked them to refund me the money for the recliners they refused. I am still waiting for the damaged recliner to be replaced.
