Great installation team (Oscar and 'Big M'). Work and disposition were very professional and courteous. A very clean job! However, Rolltec reneged on the deal with price! Signed Purchase Order price was revised! I was given the option to cancel. That is not how to conduct business! As we had donated the old awning, we had no choice but to proceed. Extra cost was $273.00! Update: The GM, Helen reached out to me and explained the price revision was the omission of the HST and that it was an honest mistake and Rolltec had already 'split' it with me. I appreciated the call and accept that mistakes can happen. I no longer have an issue with the pricing. Awning looks awesome and functions extremely well!
