There were Squirrels in our balcony adjoining the Family room. They had 6-7 baby squirrels and had made it their home & made a big mess there by chewing on all the paper & extra stuff kept there. My kids were scared to open the door & we were very uncomfortable. When I call Home Starz & got in touch with K5 Wildlife, Mohammed picked you the phone & heard the situation & identified the problem rightaway ! He made us all feel so light about it that half of our stress was gone already. Then the same day he planned to visit to see it, so that he could remove the squirrels after 4 days appointment. But Voila ! he came & saw & even removed them rightaway !! Squirrels are gone & not coming back. My kids became his fan & loved his sense of humour & approach in dealing with this situation in such a smiling way & so promptly. Thank to Mohammad. God Bless him.
