I had small roof leak going on for a while and decided to call a roofing company to inspect and come up with a solution. I called universal roofs and Oltion came by for the roof inspection. As per his explanation roof is still in good shape but only few damaged spots needed attention before gets bad. Price was fair to me and also work completed on time. I am very happy with his job.
