Brad was wonderful to work with! We joined him for the full inspection of our new home and he was clearly very thorough and expert. He had a detailed, organized checklist of items that he worked through methodically, explained what he was looking for and taught us how to check for future damage/maintenance needs, looked in all the nooks and crannies both interior and exterior, turned everything on and off to check function, checked our attic space, and provided us with a timely and informative report of his findings. His report was really detailed and included many embedded photos that he takes during the inspection as well. We would highly recommend his services and he will absolutely be our point of contact for any future home inspection needs!
