I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and expert service of the Efficiency Cooling & Heating technician Jason who provided a tune-up to my furnace recently. Due to a work responsibility, I was late getting back home on time for the scheduled appointment; however Jason was kind and understanding. After the tune-up, Jason took the time to explain all the details of how he optimized my furnace for the winter season. He even found a split valve covering which he repaired. He also suggested future improvements which would make my home more energy and cost efficient.
