Edmond arrived on time to repair our front hallway ceiling that had a huge hole from water damage. He had a very messy job ahead of him, scraping off old painted popcorn ceiling. Edmond took the time to tarp off the entire hallway and protect the flooring as well. He was friendly and courteous and thorough. The finished ceiling is flat and flawless. I am going to book his company for future repairs and painting for sure. Thanks Edmond! A great experience !!

They cannot be beat. Hands down the BEST landscape, property care company out there. And my review comes with years of service from other companies that were fine. But theres something about Lawn Troopers that goes above and beyond .. 1. Impeccable response time. If Im needing a freshening up of the property they show up usually within 24 hours. In over 5 years I have never been disappointed 2. The staff . THE STAFF!!! Each and every team member is friendly and approachable. They stop to say hello at the same time its obvious they HUSTLE. The garden beds have razor sharp edging, grass is PGA worthy, shrubs are tidy and gorgeous. 3. Fair pricing. Lawn troopers is not the cheapest out there. But if youve lived on this planet for more than 5 minutes you know that you get what you pay for and there is no doubt that Lawn Troopers is fair In their pricing structure and you are left with a professional result I will never deviate from Lawn Troopers. They treat my property (as well as my Grandparents property next door!) as if its their own.

We have been NOTHING but completely satisfied with Lawn Troopers from the beginning. Our property is impeccably groomed each and every week. More than that the crew seem to have a 6th sense on what tweaks need to be made and are happy to suggest improvements to make your outdoor space the best it can be. They are always a professional and friendly crew. If there is something I want done they are on it immediately. The best team out there !

What started out as a promising new general contracting business ended up very poorly. 4 different jobs were performed. Removal of old popcorn ceiling and instal of new drywall and painting was a successful venture despite one of the painters being dismissive & rude. The crew hired to do a deep clean clearly had never cleaned before. The site was left filthy and many places were simply not touched. After addressing the issues with video footage and photos I was told the staff did their job to the contractors satisfaction. The third job was window cleaning. All went as expected The fourth was an concrete sidewalk. Incompetent concrete masons, laying the concrete so that it is rippled and uneven. Not properly cutting in the pressure release lines, physical altercations between the crew complete with death threats and tools being used as weapons, the list goes on. I had high hopes for ULPM but unfortunately this will be my last experience with them and Homestars should consider who they endorse. I come to Homestars for vetted, trusted trades so this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth with the legitimacy of how Homestars is selecting the trades to hilight. Do better

Nothing wrecks the smooth functioning of a home than the washing machine not working. I used HomeStars to find a reliable service technician and I was not disappointed. Anujan was top shelf awesome. He took the time to listen to my own description of the problem and make a few suggestions before determining the parts he may need and making an appointment. Upon arrival Anujan was incredibly friendly, happy to give me a tutorial on the inner workings of the washing machine and diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time at all. I would recommend him for any appliance repair in the future.

Fedri and his assistant had their hands full in a home with approx 3000 square feet of carpet. Every room had been soiled with years of dog pee and poop that we believed was the end of the carpet and needed replacing. But Fedri made every stain disappear! The carpets came out GLEAMING! If I could give 6⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would. Fedri was patient and thorough and told me exactly what he planned to do and any concerns he may have. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end and I will absolutely have him back to any of our family homes again. Thanks Fedri!!!!
