Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Kenneth is very rude and threatened to sue us. We had the worst experience with him. He was very arrogant with my mum and literally walked off while she was talking and shut the door in her face and drove off. Unfortunately, we had paid the full amount ($425) in advance thinking based on reviews his service would be top notch, however the second he got his money and did some work on the roof, he stopped replying to text messages till we basically forced it out of him. That's basically when everything went downhill, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
