I purchased 11 windows through a big box store that deals with Farley, the windows operation/efficiency had some hiccups and it took sometime to get things figured out, but at the end of the day once the company saw the deficiencies that I was pointing out they came and repaired the issues ( hopefully the repairs stand the test of time and climate ) they were accommodating to everything I pointed out to them. Overall my experience has been less than ideal and bumpy but I would say that if a company can repair the issues and is willing to come back to fix the issues in anyway possible then it is respectable and should deserve a chance to earn your business. They do stand behind their product which is the main thing.
