We were going to have our bathroom renovated. Got a few quotes, Jims (JC Contracting) was the best. But, we started having some flooding issues in our basement. We asked Jim to have a look, he did, and with some direct and honest discussion we decided to renovate our basement. Jims work ethic is second to none. He is a meticulous and clean worker, clear in his description and explanations of his work. He handles his subcontractors with speed and efficiency. We were honestly amazed and delighted with how quickly Jim handled the task at hand. While we uncovered a few bigger issues with our basement Jim worked hard to keep us to the budget we had in mind. In the end, were absolutely thrilled to have a basement with proper plumbing, sound electrical and looking absolutely beautiful. In the end Jim gutted our basement, removed the floors and some walls, subcontracted plumbing for a new backflow valve and a new floor drain for our new basement laundry room. He then reframed the basement, brought in an electrician to clean up some bad wiring and then drywall went up. Once this work was complete he leveled the floor and installed new porcelain tiles. Once the job was finished, Jim cleaned up and reinstalled our laundry. I whole heartedly recommend Jim for you contracting needs. Hes the best, no question.
