After dealing with another company for over 20 years we were anxious to upgrade and improve our system as well as the service. Sales person was super professional, no pressure, reasonably priced. We signed up 6 months ago and are totally happy with them. System is easy to use, compact, meets all our needs and gives us peace of mind. The monitoring centre is on the phone right away if the alarm goes off (false alarms!) and are professional and respectful. Very impressed.

Every 6-9 months we have our living room furniture professionally cleaned - and our call is always to Coit. Their effective advertising is backed up by excellent service and results. They do a great job. Last year the technician did not wear booties which I didn't notice until after he'd gone so there was some cleanup to do but that's the only time I have been less than 100% satisfied. I like that they also follow up with a phone call to see how the service appointment went; they were receptive to my feedback about the booties issue. Good people to deal with.

We purchased a new Regency Alterra CI1250 wood burning fireplace insert through Vaglio and had them install it. From start to finish they were professional, helpful and competitively priced. We were very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them. They also referred us to someone who partially rebuilt the chimney and did a great job.

This company has a good selection of stone but BEWARE - not all their granite is SEALED!! We had them replace 2 x ensuite countertops with granite; one was sealed and one was not - which we found out a few months later when our first guests stayed in our guest suite. When they left there were deep water spots in the granite!! They also replaced our rental suite's kitchen with granite. The first slabs put in were not only measured and installed incorrectly but were full of deep gouges and flaws. It took 3 months to even get someone to come and look at it, and another 5 months for the granite to be replaced. Complete nightmare from start to finish. Will NEVER use their services again or recommend them.

We discovered this delightful gem in South Surrey a number of years ago. Their plants are incredibly healthy, in great variety and their ever-expanding centre offers a myriad of choices. Their hanging baskets are a wonderful choice for instant colour. Plant groupings in containers are colourful and creative. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and we love their loyalty program as well. Every season offers new displays and new ideas to make our garden sparkle. Our first choice is always West Coast Gardens, even though we live in Vancouver.....it's worth the drive!

We decided to replace a row of grasses that were starting to look scruffy after 10 years with a variety of 3 different perennials. Phoenix Perennials has a beautiful plant farm on No. 6 Rd in Richmond so we decided to look there. They have a good range of choices and it was hard to keep to our original plan - I wanted to buy everything! We ended up buying 5 lime green coloured ornamental grasses and 5 each of 2 other plants (don't remember their names). The grasses have done very well as has one of the other choices, but the third choice did not and had to be removed and replaced. It was the most expensive one so we were unhappy to have wasted $75. We asked a lot of questions about which plants would do well in that specific area, even took photos to show the area, so were disappointed in some of the results. The staff seemed rushed and overwhelmed with the volume of customers so not sure if we received completely accurate information.

After having several companies quote on replacing our 15-year-old roof, we met Abraham and his company reps at a Home Show and were impressed with their attitude and knowledge. Their quotation came in about mid-range in comparison to other quotes. Because they answered all our questions, showed up when they said they would, were very professional and had a great positive attitude, we decided to go with them. What a great decision! They worked hard, got the job done quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after each day so we didn't have any mess during or after the job was finished. Bram helped us choose products we're really happy with. The roof looks fantastic. We have very high standards and these guys did not disappoint! An unexpected bonus were anchors installed permanently and unobtrusively in the roof for safety ropes - great idea! We highly recommend them if you're looking for an excellent quality job done by people with integrity at a fair price.
