We called Tornado plumbing late this afternoon, and Sergio was able to come out only a couple of hours later. He was masked, professional, and understood his craft well. He snaked our kitchen drain in under 40 min (the last plumber a year ago took over an hour) and cleaned up after himself. Very reasonably priced, too. I asked if I could specifically get Sergio’s info to hire him again*, but he told me not to worry- everyone at Tornado Plumbing and Drains was amazing. I hope I don’t need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I’m calling these guys! *I wasn’t trying to ask Sergio out, I swear! (My boyfriend was in the room!)

I knew as soon as Adriano asked what the serial number in my stove was that he knew his craft- and he did! First off, the technician (Adriano) who does your work is the one communicating with you (he’s very responsive and articulate both over text and in person). He wore a mask the entire time and touched only what was necessary. He was polite and worked quickly. Sadly, I had to wait a few business days for a part for my GE electric stove to come in, but Adriano kept in touch with me the whole time. AND both times he visited me, he came within the two hour time window he said he would. And, of course, my stove works great now- no more microwave cabbage for me! Hire this guy!
